Abstract

Shape memory alloys (SMAs) are metal alloys capable of converting thermal energy into mechanical energy, and once deformed permanently, such materials can return to their original shape through the heat. This paper aims to model an actuator of shape memory alloy and investigate some models of SMA in the scientific literature. (AU)
