Abstract

This project aim to analyze the penal execution through the perspective of modern Clinic Criminology, considering the possibility that the living rules created by the prisoners are the result of a feeling of not belonging to the free society and resulting to the non-assimilation of state laws. Therefore, it is necessary to enquire if social exclusion caused by imprisonment reaffirms such position and finally if the jail rules induce a positive refuge or only reflect state laws, causing rejection and banishment of the arrested individual.
