Abstract

This project aims to identify spatial patterns in the distribution of newborns (NB) defects of neural tube closure in the municipalities of São Paulo. An ecological and exploratory study with data from RNs obtained SINASC for the years 2012 and 2013 and placed on a digital basis of municipalities in the state of São Paulo will be developed. Values and their statistical significance of these rates the spatial autocorrelation coefficient Moran will be built thematic maps with the occurrence rates of outcome per 1,000 live births and estimated. The software terra View, provided by INPE, will be used.
