Abstract

This research will comparatively analyze physical parameters of ceramic brick that affect its durability and resistance through normative tests, with the objective of answering questions about its absorption, efflorescence, density, mortar adherence, durability and resistance, that represent a lack of knowledge in the Brazilian ceramic field. The research has support from the National Association of Ceramic Industry (Associação Nacional da Indústria Cerâmica- ANICER). (AU)
