The complexity attached to the functioning of the supply chain for the production of a certain property, as well as the importance of the rural family segment represents for the economic and social spheres of the country, are factors of scientific research necessary to achieve measurable progress of an economic sector. It is remarkable the fickle and dynamic character tied to the business world, being inextricably linked the implementation of business strategies needed to overcome the hardships imposed by the environment. In this context, this project presents as general objective to analyze, from the perspective of the SCM business processes, constraints that influence the supply chain of fruit pulp, when considering the relationship between business focus and family farmers.
