Abstract

This project is proposed the development of voltammetry sensors for the determination of cocaine police seized samples. Therefore, it is proposed to develop microfluidic devices (papertrodos) and the study in printed carbon electrode and conventional glassy carbon electrode. The voltammetry cocaine study will be conducted in unmodified electrode, and their surfaces modified with vanadium hex cyanoferrate . Subsequently will be performed the analyzes in seized samples will also be checked as the selectivity and specificity front cocaine to its major interfering: lidocaine, procaine, caffeine and theobromine. Finally, as a comparison of the proposed technique will be performed analysis by high-performance liquid chromatography.
