Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyses the relations between the genealogical crisis of the present and the crisis of the transmission of fundamental values, of generational solidarity that formed the intersubjective molds of professional and institutional identity. Without heritage, without susceptible memory to supplement this modern amnesia, the political and social institutions such as the Family, the School, the University, the Church, etc. find themselves condemned to invent themselves without a legitimacy other than an anxious freedom due to a lack of bonds with the values proposed by intellectual territories. We will analyses the crisis of institutional mediation, shaken by the permanent restructuring and by norms of quantitative and administrative hyper-control which convert the academic work, in particular, into mere operationality, turning the Institution into establishment, under the primacy of "organization" which denies experience and know-how of its subjects: "the constant evaluations to which the set of activities [...] are submitted to are sustained by the ideology of 'transparency' (these evaluations destroy all the spaces which would escape the inquisitive look of those who take care and those who give orders), establishing the era of generalized suspicion which contributes to the desinstitutionalization, to the destruction of spaces which resist to mechanisms of 'formatting' which are the intermediary spaces."
