Abstract The first phase of this project was carried out in 2015. In this phase I analysed and documented elements (the forms of organization, political projects, main political actions, discourses) that structure the social relations between the subjects of the "Comuna do Arvoredo" from Porto Alegre/RS - Brazil. In this way, I advanced significantly in the data survey and consequently I obtained certain wealth of materials in this contact with the field. Also I realized that the "contestation fantasy" is an unpublished concept that helps us in the analysis of the political discourses of the subjects organized collectively. The aim of this second stage will be to develop and to deepen theoretically the concept of the constestation fantasy, taking in consideration the data collected until now. In the first moment we will analyse the interviews already carried out in the first phase of this project and for so much we are going to resort to the lacanian discourse analysis, aiming to understand what our interviewed are saying for us.
