Abstract

The objective of the study will be to evaluate the performance, the economic characteristics, the carcass yield and the black bones syndrome of broilers submitted to nutritional plans for regular, medium or superior performance. For this, will be to use two thousand four hundred broilers, male, during the growing period (1-42 days of age) of two commercial strains, equally distributed among the treatments. The experiment will be analyzed as a completely randomized design allocated in factorial plan 2x3 (Cobb® strain and Ross® strain and nutritional plans for regular, medium or superior performance.). On days 1st, 7th, 21st, 35th and 42nd the birds will be heavy as well as the feed and to feed the leftovers. The performance will be availed through the feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion and viability and productive efficiency factor. Still, will be held economic evaluation. At 36 and 43 days of creation will be slaughtered 144 birds (three birds / repeat / treatment) and their carcasses and parts (breast with skin and bone, breast fillets, wings, legs, back and abdominal fat) will be weighed to yield calculation. For black bone syndrome evaluation will be used thighs and left thighs are roasted and samples classified as acceptable (region close to the bone without browning), intermediate (region near the little blackened bone) or unacceptable (region close to the bone with browning too sharp). The data will be statistically analyzed using the SAS 9.2 program.
