Abstract

This work has as main objective the analysis of the issues of the Paraguayan newspaper "La Tribuna" between 1978 and 1983, a period that was under the Oscar Paciello management. Fundamentally, we aim to understand its political-ideological project, its criticism of the civic-military dictatorship of Alfredo Stroessner, the ways of how politically stated in public opinion and the way represented different social sectors.
