Abstract This project aims to analyze the group Cinemateus - active in São Mateus, Eastern Zone of São Paulo - and that is an important object of study to understand the current artistic activism present in Brazil today. It is an independent film group fighting for improvements in the community of São Mateus, using audiovisual as a social transformation. The group survives through edicts and dissemination via Internet. By analyzing the collective dynamics, we will investigate how their work is done and how it is to be a group on the sunburns. And through interviews with participants of the activities offered by Cinemateus, we will understand how this change in the community has been working. | |
