Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in schools is considered to be able to assist the teaching work and improve the learning process. For this reason, it is important to investigate whether teachers are prepared to use technology, whether there are adequate resources to use it and how they conceive the use of this in the planning of class. In short, what are the barriers present in the context of use of this resource in pedagogical practice? To attempt to clarify these questions, this research aims to identify the obstacles faced by teachers of Elementary school in the use of ICT in the educational context, more specifically, how to develop teaching practices through the use of Learning Objects on the computer.
