Abstract

The research project aims to systematize and analyze the scientific production that deals with collective work in initial and continuous training of teachers. For this purpose, I intend to conduct a survey in articles found: a) in the Annals of EDUCERE (National Education Congress), in 2011, 2013 and 2015 and in ENDIPE (2012, 2014 e 2016). As there is a diversity of terminologies in relation to this theme, articles will be chosen and must present in their titles the following words: collective work, collaborative work, collective teaching work, community, cooperation. Thus, I intend to develop a bibliographical research (GIL, 2002), and from this, increase the understanding of theoretical perspectives that support the several terminologies that deal with collective work.
