Abstract

The present research project proposes to analyze the social assistance network that attends the adolescent who is in compliance with the socio-educative measure of assisted freedom in the Franca municipality. For the accomplishment of such study, we will interview 5 adolescents who are being assisted by the social assistance network and three professionals working in this network: 01 social worker from the social assistance referral center that is directly connected to the families of the adolescents; 01 social worker of the center specialized reference of social assistance that is the technician of reference of the socio-educative measures in open means in the municipality; and, finally, a psychologist who is the coordinator of the measures in the outsourced institution. The study will use bibliographical research to substantiate the theme and subsidize the analysis on social policies in Brazil (in it social assistance), in order to contextualize the scenario in which socio-educational measures are established. Also will be approached the socio-criminal control exercised over the adolescents authors of the infraction act and the expressive influence of the same in their lives. Finally, some essential elements related to the professional work of the social worker in this area will be problematized. (AU)
