Abstract

In the lasts years the brazilian brewer sector went though several changes in its square. Since the creation of Ambev, in 1999, the drinks production and consumption just increased. The crescent population interest for beer brought to Brazil a lot of foreigner investors and opened doors that allowed that small producers could bring the public their differentiated product. The calls "special beers" that count with exclusive feature such as color, scents and differentiated tastes, started to be appreciated for Brazilian people that correspond 5% of national consume today. The number of microbreweries registered in official institutions pass of a few dozens in 2000 to about 140 in current days, but beyond this number there are artisanal producers who do not have such a register. Moreover, several events and fairs are realized yearly with the propose to draw near the product to the consumer and attract more and more people to the market. We can point in the beer sector rearrangements on the special circuit of production and a new circuit of cooperation in the space come articulating in Brazilian territory, that a group of new breweries come installing itself in different areas of national territory, overcoat state of São Paulo. From the productive point of view, this fact bring about a new logistical system of distribution of the little produced lots since for small producers (microbreweries or independent artisanal) the cost of freight becomes an imperative element in the distribution of the beverage on a larger scale.
