Abstract

The present work intends to analyze the behavior of the technique of minimum amount of lubricant associated to the cleaning integrated to the cold air system applied to the cutting zone, in order to preserve the parameters such as: cooling lubrication and cleaning of the cutting zone. In this way, process output variables will be analyzed, such as: roughness, circularity deviation, G ratio (volume of removed material / worn wheel volume), microhardness, optical microscopy of the workpiece surface, power, tangential shear force and emission Acoustics.
