Abstract

The goal of this project is to study the content of the book " Algebraic Curves - An Introduction to Algebraic Geometry" by William Fulton as an introduction to algebraic geometry via the knowledge of plane algebraic curves - affine and projective - and via some notions of commutative algebra.
