Abstract

The megaloblastic anemia has your ethiopathogeny based in the folate and/or cobalamin deficiency. The biopsy/clot of bone marrow is a diagnostic tool for cases in which the clinical-laboratory presentation can indicate others possibilities of differential diagnosis. The morphology context of this disease displays hyperplasia of erythroid series due to megaloblasts, which are cells from this lineage interrupted differentiation. The present study proposes to investigate, in concern with the literature, the pathophysiologics mecanisms of megaloblastic anemia by p53 and p21 protein expression by immunohistochemistry. This study is going to evaluate the link between immunohistochemical expressions of these markers with the clinical-evolution behavior of the patients. (AU)
