Abstract

The area of representations of algebras had a significative growth in the last decades, mainly after the introduction of the concept of almost split sequences by M. Auslander and I. Reiten in the decade of 1970. Our aim in this project is to introduce to the student such concepts which are not normally studied in the undergraduate level aiming a preparation for his graduate studies. (AU)
