Abstract

The objective of this work is the development of methodologies and computational tools that allow the automatic analysis and processing of results obtained in wind tunnel experiments, specifically of transition measurements, pressure distribution and boundary layer velocity profiles. For the pressure distribution curves, processing consists of the following steps: recognition and elimination of pressure points with incorrect results, smoothing and interpolation of the pressure curve for use in a solver already developed for the calculation of boundary layer profiles and Stability. Transition measurements will be performed using infrared thermography images, which allow the detection of the transition region from image processing. Finally, hot wire anemometry is used to measure the profiles of the boundary layer and its profiles will be analyzed and compared with the results of the computational model. (AU)
