This IC work is part of a broader effort to search for gravitational lensing in the first Gaia data release - GDR1 and eventually in the second one, GDR2. The objective of this IC is to contribute with the work that has been developed by the GraL (Gaia Gravitational Lensing) group, formed by colleagues from various institutions and countries: Bordeaux, Heildelberg, Liège, Lisboa, Nice and São Paulo. Basically, the work consists of visual inspection of hundreds of gravitational lensing candidate structures detected from the GDR1 astrometry and photometry, using available images from some public database, surveys and based ground telescope as 2MASS, SDSS and ESO. This inspection represents a second evaluation of the potential of these structures to be a gravitational lensing. The structures selected here will be targets for observations in large telescopes, obviously outside of the context of this IC work, with adaptive optics and spectroscopy that will confirm or not their gravitational lensing nature and subsequent scientific exploration. In addition to the detection of new gravitational lensing, we also intend to obtain a reliable astrometry of the lensing already known. In fact, in the framework of the GraL group, where this IC work is inserted, we are constructing the first all-sky survey of gravitational lensing with spatial angular resolution. (AU)
