Abstract

The integration of the GFP fluorescent protein gene into the M. perniciosa S-biotype isolate will be sought. The genetically modified lineage will undergo a sporulation test, which will allow the evaluation of the meiotic stability of the genetic markers as well as the conduction of essential in planta infection tests.
