Abstract

In this project is proposed the development of fluorescent cellulars markers from hybrid compounds between anthocyanins and betalains. The hybrid compounds between anthocyanins and betalains will be obtained from coupling reaction between the betalamic acid and 4-methyl flavylium salts and your photophysical properties will be investigated.If the compounds that were obtained are fluorescent, its accumulation in cells will be investigated using glioblastoma tumor cells as model.
