Abstract

In this scientific research, it will be presented a project to manufacture of an array composed by 60 gold microelectrodes (measuring microsensors with 50 µm each, and the total measuring region is 5 mm in radius) and by a reference electrode (1 mm2 in area), that were defined on a printed-circuit board (PCB) with 28.4 wide and 28.4 length. This array will be used to verication and recording of cardiac action potentials in an aqueous and electrolytic solution, similar of a cardiac cell in cultivation. Also, a shielded device to electromagnetic noises will be improved to connect the array, allowing the capture of electrical signals by the microelectrodes. Finally, biocompatibility tests with the structures of arrays will be performanced. (AU)
