Abstract We propose in this research project the study and implementation of some methods for automatic classification of subjectivity for the Portuguese language. The classification of subjectivity refers to the indication of sentences that clearly express feelings/opinions of its writer, as opposed by objective sentences, of factual content. This task has proved to be very important for the area of opinion mining, which is in charge of analyzing, mining and synthesizing relevant content from a collection of opinions on a particular topic of interest. This project has the potential to contribute to the area and to introduce the student to the scientific practice in a very relevant subject. | |
