Abstract

Analyze and compare, through an animal model, the treatment of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm with a stent Multilayers and its hemodynamic effect, through the analysis of images of arteriography and Doppler ultrasound of aneurysmal sac created in the aorta of these animals. Will be used 20 Large White pigs randomized into two groups: Stent x Control (Not Stent). All animals shall be subject to the creation of an aneurysm transrenal with bovine pericardial patch. In the stent group, after the confection of the aneurysm, will be deployed a stent multilayer and after 4 weeks all the animals are subjected to hemodynamic study, ultrasound and intravascular ultrasound.
