Abstract

The region of Toronto, located in ON, Canada, has a large group of researchers and students on set theory and set-theoretic topology. This group has a long tradition of excellency in these subjects and its regular seminar receives visitors from many of other top groups working in these research fields. Professor Stevo Todorcevic, who is linked to the Fields Institute and the University of Toronto, will supervise this project. The Ph.D. student will discuss selected topics on forcing and other set theoretic concepts with seminar members and use these ideas to work on the problems proposed in his Ph.D. project. This project opens paths for future international collaborations.
