Abstract

Understanding the suicide as a phenomenon crossed multiples aspects, determined sociocultural context and historically built, is relevant to guide him in critic perspective which contribute to interventions more contextualized, that consider the singular and socials aspects which evolve the phenomenon. Among the aspects it’s worth thinking the genre while a relevant factor, which the humans relations, being also built socially and relegating to the subjects a series of inequalities. The Women are the more affected by violence gender, and in this sense it becomes relevant investigate the gender issues evolved in a process of ideations and suicide attempts of woman and understand whether gender inequalities determinate ideations and suicide attempts. Their search will be done through qualitative analysis of medical records on one Center of Applied Psychology of a public university in a city of Bauru - SP. It is expected that this study to collaborate in the design of new research proposals on the themes and in the construction of political appointment about suicide, genre and woman´s health.
