Abstract This project is associated to the PhD research project "Quantum Darwinism and Contextuality". The associated project aims to understand if non-contextuality emerges under usual classical limits of Quantum Theory. In particular, considering the paradigmatic case of decoherence and the modern program of Quantum Darwinism. This proposal of extension consists of studying classical limits in the Generalized Probabilistic Theories framework, both with the decoherence and (post-Quantum) Darwinism approaches. The project would be held at IQOQI, Vienna, with co-supervision of Markus Muller. He has a longstanding work on generalized probabilistic theories framework and developed techniques that may help to achieve the goals of this project. The project would also strengthen collaboration with IQOQI-Vienna, which is nowadays an important pole for quantum information research. (AU) | |
