Abstract

This project intends to present the proposal of a research with the objective of problematizing the binarisms present in the psychological theories through the works of Cassandra Rios. We consider the proposal relevant in view of the systematic social erasure of lesbians, the importance diffusing the power of the writer and its relevance in Brazilian Literature, and the possibility of questioning norms still valid in the psychological knowledge about sexualities. We will choose to develop this research based on the presuppositions of narrative research, which proposes the production of stories about life practices and about how these practices produce subjectivity. We will take as an analysis material the books "Eu sou uma lésbica"; "As traças" e "A serpente e a flor" published by Cassandra Rios as well as interviews with writers and psychologists who write about lesbianities.
