In this project, we intend to develop, evaluate and apply new materials in electrochemical (and associated) processes. Such as three-dimensional graphene structures (aerogel), decorate them with catalytic nanoparticles for RRO. Evaluate their potential for H2O2 electrogeneration for the electrochemical degradation of compounds with the activity of endocrine interference (antibiotics, such as triclosan), evaluating the efficiency of these processes and the identification of degradation by-products. As study variables, we will evaluate electrode materials, reaction potential, degradation efficiency of each method and identification of possible intermediates formed, aiming to obtain information for the determination of the degradation routes for each compound. The objective compounds and by-products will be monitored by instrumental analytical techniques (high-performance liquid chromatography with UV / Vis (LC) and mass detectors (LC-MS), ion chromatography (IC), total organic carbon (TOC) others) to evaluate the efficiency of each process studied
