Abstract

This research project, which is to be developed in the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers - Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire pour la Sociologie Économique, Paris, France, aims to identify, analyze and understand the organization of juvenile justice in the initial assistance to the adolescents involved with an infraction, articulated to the search for competences and research skills at the international level. Methodologically the research will be supported by a comprehensive approach to the phenomenon, of historical-dialectical materialist foundation in the production of knowledge, based on content analysis in the scientific process. It is hoped that the data collected and discussed that collaborate with the social redirection of adolescents in conflict with the law.
