Abstract

Mitofaphy process, have been pointed out as a determinant for a cellular regeneration and muscle cells differentiation, an adequate and efficient way. Thus, an overexpression of Parkin, a key protein of mitofaghy process is an interesting to better elucidate the profile and Parkin pathyway in muscle cells differentiation.
