Abstract

This project is about complex networks in biology, mainly in ecology and epidemiology. Two lines of investigation will be pursued: inferring network structure from data presented as time-series, by causality methods, and the study of the thermodynamic limit on networks. We will use both numerical and analytical methods, studying networks generated by simulations. (AU)
