Abstract

The present proposal aims to develop postdoctoral research on axis 1 (legitimacy, violence, punishment, and democracy), sub-axis 1.3 (legal socialization of youth), especially regarding the perception of legitimacy and the legal socialization of court-involved youth themselves. From the qualitative analysis, through interviews with youth in compliance with socio-educational measures, we will have data to understand whether there is any fragility in their socialization processes, as well as probe the dynamics they develop in relation to values, rules, and habits that legitimize the powers established in society.
