Abstract

The focus of the project is the improvement of the student's Physics and Mathematics training in order to prepare him for his future involvement in research projects in areas of Mathematical Physics and Theoretical Physics, particularly in the direction of Quantum Field Theories. In general terms, we will seek to advance the student in themes related to the Theory of Partial Differential Equations, Functional Analysis and Distribution Theory with a view to further study of Classical Theory of Fields and General Theory of Relativity and to an introduction to Quantum Field Theory. A small work project to be drawn up in parallel with the study program is mentioned at the end.
