Abstract

Healthcare system organization through primary care has been consider a major strategy to occupational health policies implementation. Despite of advances in national healthcare system related to occupational health, consolidation of occupational health in local area remains a challenge. In that way, this study aims to elaborate strategies to strengthening occupational health at primary care, through knowledge and perceptions form health care professionals. It is a qualitative research, which will be performed at primary care units from a city in State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Data will gathering through individual interviews, following criteria of theoretical data saturation technique. Data analysis will follow three steps propose by content analysis and all ethical concerns will be respected. We expected these results could contribute with strategies development to strengthening of occupational health at primary care, looking for future perspectives of implementation.
