Abstract

This project aims to understand the relationship between property, poverty, inequality and the pact of the rich. Through the analysis of the Second Discourse and the article Moral and political economy, we will try to elucidate these concepts and their respective contours. For this we must understand the transformation, presented in the Second Discourse, of the state of nature marked by natural harmony in a state of war between rich and poor; the active role of private property in this transformation, and finally through the analysis of the article Moral and Political economy the relationship between politics and poverty.
