Abstract It is intended to continue an investigation developed in the master's degree course on the topic of sexuality in Jean-Jacques Rousseau's thinking, having now as background the possible relationships between literature and philosophy. Rousseau is an author who passes through between these two fields of knowledge, whose themes and issues offered him support for their theoretical and literary production. The texts that will guide this study are: Discourse on the sciences and the arts, Letter to M. d'Alembert on Spectacles, Second Preface of Julia or The New Heloise, Essay on the origin of languages, Confessions, Dialogues and Reveries of a Solitary Walker. We believe that the topic of sexuality is profitable and can offer a conducting wire between theoretical Rousseau and Rousseau creator. (AU) | |
