Abstract

The objective of this project is to execute the modeling of a MEMS gyroscope and also optimize the performance of this modeling, using as base the requirements of the project and manufacturing of the sensor. The requirements will be raised from a detailed study about MEMS sensors and their great field of applications, and the process of fabrication of these sensors. The model validation will be concluded with specific tests in parts of the process and tests of the manufactured sensor. (AU)
