Abstract

Agaricus subrufescens, of Brazilian natural origin, has been reported as a product with medicinal properties, used as a food supplement. Due to the lack of information and technical-scientific reports about the inoculum production process, this work aims to know the inoculation techniques of Agaricus subrufescens, in order to emphasize this process, carried out by commercial laboratories, which technologies involved are minimally disclosed today. For this purpose, we will evaluate the entire production system, starting from the use of ABL 04/49 strain, isolated in São José do Rio Preto, specific for the production of mushrooms, which the evaluated product will be the mushroom. The experiment will consist of a double factorial, with 4 doses of plaster (0, 1, 2 and 4 kg) and 3 doses of calcium carbonate (0.5, 1 and 2 kg), totaling 12 treatments, each with 7 repetitions. At the end of the project, it is intended to verify the effect of the addition of calcite plaster and limestone and/or calcium carbonate to the inoculum production and their effects on the agronomic behavior of A. subrufescens, valuing a national product, produced in a different way, which will make it unique and extremely valued in the international market.
