Abstract

The present work aims at evaluating the enzymatic profile of yeasts and bacteria from UNICAMP collections when pure and contaminated with several viruses from the collection of Professor Clarice Arns of the IB of UNICAMP including viruses such as Zika, dengue and when possible chicungunha. The strains deposited in the collection of IQ-UNICAMP and IB UNICAMP were characterized by 16 S and 18 S and by mass spectrometry using the MALDI-TOF technique will be further evaluated by HTS, high throughput screening, using non-commercial fluorogenic probes based on umbelliferone and resorufin. Thus, a wide variety of fluorogenic probes will be obtained fluorophores which, depending on excitation and emission regions, can be used in more elaborate visual techniques, such as confocal and fluorescence microscopy. Therefore, in a general context, this work aims to contribute significantly to the behavioral study of Zika virus, and may, in the near future, contribute to the diagnosis of virus infection by evaluating changes in protease activity.in pure and virus contaminated cells.
