Abstract

This project aims at mapping integrative and complementary practices and medical rationalities in the network of Primary Health Care in the municipalities of the Regional Department of Health III of the State of São Paulo, and thus obtain a diagnosis of the offer of these therapeutic approaches within the framework of the Unified Health System of this Health Region, from the perspective of municipal health managers. Based on the principles of access and integrality, aims to analyze the implementation and implementation of integrative and complementary practices, identifying different actors, services, practices offered, difficulties and facilities in this process. It is therefore expected to contribute to the process of implementing /implementing these approaches within the framework of the Unified Health System, producing, in the medium and long term, collective and participatory strategies aimed at transforming the health model. In this process, it is expected to contribute to the production of research on monitoring and evaluation devices, which are essential for the implementation/implementation of integrative and complementary practices and medical rationalities in primary health care services.
