Abstract

Este projeto temático tem como objetivo gerar conhecimento para melhorar a restauração e o monitoramento de florestas em larga escala. É muito importante entender como as novas florestas afetam a vida das pessoas e usá-las como um meio de transformar a população em aliados da restauração florestal. Este trabalho tem como objetivo entender como as características da vegetação (tamanho, localização, qualidade de novas florestas) impactam as funções dos ecossistemas no nível estadual, de acordo com a percepção das partes interessadas. Isso permitirá maximizar os benefícios proporcionados pelas novas florestas para a população. (AU)
