Abstract

This project deals with the relation between gauge theory and symplectic geometry. The student will study the section 6.5 of the book The Geometry of Four-Manifolds, by Donaldson and Kronheimer, aiming to understand the proposition 6.5.8 from this book, about moment maps in the connection space of a Manifold.
