Abstract

Analyze the efficiency and molecular characterization of cells reprogrammed in vitro (pluripotency-induced cells, or iPS cells) for pluripotency and epigenetics. Such cells will then be classified and used in the future for processes of cell differentiation, or for the production of bovine embryos. With this proposal, through the manipulation of the somatic cell culture environment, the change in epigenetic patterns that lead to the most effective and complete process of cell reprogramming is intended.
