Abstract

This research aims to understand, taking into account the phenomenon of precarious work, how the conditions of service and possible social contradictions contained in the working life of outsourced workers of two Brazilian public universities may be correlated with the understanding that these social subjects have about themselves and your work reality. For that, we will analyze the occupation trajectory and their perspectives about their work. A critical conception will be adopted in view of current socioeconomic dynamics and how they correlate with subjects, in order to establish readings that escape the determinism or individualization of dialectically correlated phenomena. Finally, semi-structured interviews will be conducted, so that those involved have their own voice and interpretation about the conjuncture in which they participate. (AU)
