Abstract

The attempt to transfer worker health to ABS, although it has qualified some teams, due to the support of professionals from the Reference Center in Occupational Health - CEREST, encountered several problems. Among them, we highlight the lack of necessary personnel, infrastructure, lack of clarity of roles and agreement on rules and attributions of each level in the system, lack of planning of actions, lack of structure for the management of cross-cutting themes, generating doubt in the coordination of actions, hierarchy, among others.
