Abstract
This study has the objective of analyzing, through the Permanent Education in Healthcare, the work processes of a Family Healthcare Team of the primary healthcare network, identifying potentialities and limits for performing actions of collective care, and also analyzing the contribution of nurses to those actions, proposing devices and tools that qualify the knowledge and practices of that professional and the healthcare team. In this research we consider collective care actions as those related to the joint building of area diagnosis (process of territorialisation), actions for health promotion, monitoring and evaluation of actions, social participation and control, education in healthcare, intersectoriality and local management, having the perspective of building collective projects of work. The theoretical-methodological reference of this research is composed of the work process in healthcare, the Permanent Education in Healthcare, Micropolitics, some concepts of the Institutional Analysis and operative groups of the Argentinean school. The methodological approach of the study is qualitative, it is a research-intervention aiming for building new knowledge and practices together with the workers. There will be semi-structured interviews with nurses of the Family Healthcare Program, documental analysis and operative groups with workers of a team. The interviews and group meetings will be recorded and transcribed. We will also use as data source documents related to the activities of collective care. The analysis of the empirical material will be performed through French school discourse analysis and Pichon-Riviére operative groups. The project was approved by the Ethics in Research Committee of the School of Nursing of Ribeirão Preto - USP. (AU)
