Abstract

The work to be developed in the post-doctoral is part of collaborative research between Brazil and France. Such research is anchored in the context of accidents and other work-related illness, in both countries which continues to represent visible and invisible costs to society. The main hypothesis for the reasons for this problematic picture lies in a crisis of the prevent activity, understood as a collective activity, distributed in time, space, at a different level of action (micro, meso, macro), and in multiples partners. The post-doctoral work plan intends to support the innovation within this collective activity and its objective is to apply and evaluate the development and transformation of prevent activity in the macro, meso and micro levels in public and private companies in São Paulo State. The work will be developed in collaboration within the research team and its partner organizations to facilitate the installation of change of working practices of preventing agents. Formative intervention methodologies based on Cultural-Historical Activity Theory will be used, especially Change Laboratory, associated with Ergonomic Work Analysis - EWA (Guerin, 2004, and others participatory approaches to French-Belgian ergonomic) and Collective Analysis of Work - ACT (Ferreira, 1983).The project will work on several fronts of formative intervention, with the following strategies: (1) to supervise/support three formative interventions; (2) to participate in seminaries to discuss the methodologies applied in Brazil and France; (3) to coordinate together with the main researchers the planning/execution of discipline and formation course adjusted to the object and conditions of two countries; (4) to assist in the orientation and supervision of students of scientific iniciation (IC); technicals, master and doctorate students in the use of the methodology; (5) to conduct lectures, workshops, and other means to disseminate the methodology and results of research, in face-to-face and digital environments.
